Tracy Clark

Tracy has over thirteen years of real estate experience in an accounting, finance or asset management capacity. Currently, Tracy manages several million square feet of Cobalt’s light industrial properties in the Southeast region. Her responsibilities include negotiating leases, directing third-party management and leasing firms, and other value-adding initiatives. In February 2007, Tracy joined Cobalt as the Financial Manager to assist with various projects related to acquisitions, dispositions, valuation, debt placement/refinance and Investor relations and reporting. Prior to joining Cobalt, Tracy held several real estate accounting and finance positions with Trammell Crow Company, Crow Holdings and Meridian Realty Advisors. She received a BBA in Accounting degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
