Tina Deljavan

Tina joined Cobalt’s asset management team as an associate in February of 2011. Currently, Tina supports the team by providing analysis for a portfolio of 138 buildings totaling 12 million square feet. This analysis includes leasing, budget and reconciliation processing along with portfolio valuations and periodic special projects. Prior to joining Cobalt, Tina worked for Valencia Capital Management, a Dallas-based real estate investment management firm, as an analyst in the fund management group. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. While in school Tina was also a member and officer in both Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity and Delta Delta Delta sorority.
