Stephen Hinterkopf

Stephen joined Cobalt Capital Partners as an intern while he completed his degree in Real Estate Finance at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Shortly after graduating he joined Cobalt as an analyst with the acquisitions team. Prior to working with Cobalt Stephen had interned with CBRE | Melody in Miami where he performed market research and prepared offering memorandums. He also spent time working with a private real estate investor gaining experience in residential land development and acquisitions. His current responsibilities with Cobalt include underwriting and due diligence.
