Rebel Blackwell

Rebel joined Cobalt’s asset management team as an associate in December 2011. Prior to joining Cobalt, Rebel worked for CBRE on the FDIC Asset Management account. While at CBRE he served as a financial analyst, then as an asset manager overseeing the management and disposition of over 50 FDIC owned commercial assets. Currently, Rebel supports the Cobalt asset management team with lease analysis, budget reconciliations, and management projects. Rebel received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a degree in Finance.
