Mike Weinberger
Mike joined Cobalt in 2006 to open the company’s Atlanta office and to manage its Atlanta portfolio. As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Mike has managed numerous commercial real estate portfolios consisting of millions of square feet of industrial and retail property. His institutional clients have included Regency Centers, the City of Detroit Pension Fund (CAPROC), UBS, and USAA. Mike has a strong background in construction management and received a BBA degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
