Mike Swink

Mike joined Cobalt in 2010 in company’s Atlanta office.  He has over 26 years experience in Property Management, Development, Construction Management, Acquisitions and Dispositions.  Prior to joining Cobalt Mike was at Triad Properties Corporation for 8 years with responsibility for Triad’s Atlanta portfolio & operations along with Industrial Development in the Southeast.  Prior to Triad, Mike was at Trammell Crow Company for 18 years focusing on Industrial Property Management and Development in Atlanta and Property Management Operations across the country.  Mike has earned both the CCIM and CPM designations.  Mike earned a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.
