Michelle Annett
Michelle joined Cobalt Capital Partners' Dallas property management team as a Senior Property Manager in May 2011. Michelle currently manages approximately 3 million square feet of light industrial space. She is responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant retention, tenant improvements and capital projects for the properties. Prior to joining Cobalt, Michelle worked for Transwestern Commercial Services since 2007. Michelle managed over 4 million square feet of space for three institutional firms. Michelle was the recipient of Tranwestern’s Property Manager of the Year in 2010 and concurrently nominated as the BOMA Lonestar Property Manager of the Year. Michelle is a member of IREM and is currently pursuing her CPM designation. She holds a real estate license in the State of Texas.
