Lara Payton

Lara joined Cobalt’s asset management team as an Associate in 2008. Prior to joining Cobalt, Lara worked for a Dallas based, commercial real estate appraisal firm. Her responsibilities included analyzing leases, forecasting operating statements and Argus cash flow modeling. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Currently, Lara supports the asset management team with various duties and projects pertaining to Cobalt’s current tenant roster which includes over 600 tenants in 200 buildings. In addition, Lara is a certified commercial appraiser trainee.
