Gray joined the Cobalt asset management team in 2009 from Ridge Property Trust where he served as the Lead Financial Analyst and Project Manager for the southern region. While at Ridge, Gray underwrote over $300M in approved development and acquisition transactions and managed the development process for southern region pipeline projects. In addition, Gray coordinated the leasing of a four million square foot portfolio of bulk and light industrial assets located in Texas and Mexico. Prior to Ridge, Gray began his career in the PricewaterhouseCoopers assurance practice where he focused on privately held companies. Gray received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University. He is also an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant.
