Dirk Mosis joined Cobalt in 2007 to lead ground up development efforts. After graduating from the US Naval Academy, and six years in the US Marine Corps, Dirk was a development partner and senior vice president for corporate services at Trammell Crow Company. He joined Ferguson Partners, a senior level real estate executive search firm for four years and then headed up investments for USAA Real Estate Company in San Antonio, Texas, with a focus on industrial and office development nationally. Dirk has 26 years of commercial real estate experience on a national basis, and he has an MS degree from the University of Southern California.
