Bryan joined Cobalt’s asset management team in 2006. He has over 14 years of real estate investment, finance and accounting experience in both the private and public REIT sectors. Prior to joining Cobalt, he was CFO and Asset Director for Bumgarner Asset Management and was responsible for a portfolio of class B office, medical office, retail and industrial properties primarily located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Previously, he was Assistant Vice President of Asset Management for American Industrial Properties REIT responsible for a portfolio in excess of three million square feet. of light industrial flex properties in the western United States. Bryan spent a combined six years in public accounting with both Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting and obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant. He received a BSBA in Accounting and a BSAS in Sociology, both from Oklahoma State University. Bryan is also a CCIM candidate.
