The market is comprised of four major markets; North Broward (Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Margate, Deerfield Beach, and Pompano Beach) accounts for almost 37.5 msf, Central Broward (Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach) contains approximately 22.9 msf, Southwest Broward (Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Sunrise, Plantation) has about 22.7 msf and Southeast Broward (Hollywood, Hallandale, and Pembroke Park) has almost 9.6 msf of inventory.
