The Dallas/Ft. Worth MSA has over 5.7 million residents, making it the largest metropolitan area in Texas, the eighth largest metro area in the U.S. and larger than 32 states. During the 1990’s the population boomed with the addition of 1.2 million residents and growth has continued at a stable rate of 2.9% since then. With a location equidistant from the five largest business centers in North America, Dallas/Ft. Worth is our nation's largest inland port and will continue to experience increasing demand for both distribution and storage facilities.
